Deposit and Cancellation Policy

At Ki'West Spa, we are committed to providing the best service to our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following deposit and cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy

To avoid any inconvenience, we require that appointments be canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer the appointment slot to another client.

- Notice Period: Appointments must be canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

- Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $25 per service will be charged. This fee helps us cover the cost of the time reserved for you.

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount is $25 per service, and it will be applied toward the total cost of your services on the day of your appointment.

-Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $25 per service is required upon booking your appointment.

- Payment Methods: Deposits can be paid in person at the spa or via our secure online payment link.

- Application of Deposit: The deposit will go towards the cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded or will go towards your deposit in the event you want to reschedule your appointment.

Spa Packages

For any spa package or multiple appointments, a deposit of 50% of the total service is required at the time of booking. Spa packages involving more than one person will be considered a spa party.

- Cancellation Notice: All spa packages and multiple services require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation.

- Refund Policy: No refunds are given for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice.

Spa Parties and Multiple Services

A “spa party”is defined as when multiple services or spa packages are booked on the same day for two or more people, or if single services are booked for multiple people.

- Deposit Requirement: Depending on the number of services, a deposit equal to 50% of all services is required to hold the appointments.

- Cancellation Notice: This deposit is refundable only if services are canceled with at least 48 hours' notice.

- Refund Policy: No refunds are given for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, to ensure that we provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have established the following late arrival policy:

Grace Period

-10-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you without reducing your service time.

Arriving After the Grace Period

-After 10 Minutes: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full service you booked. In such cases, the service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client’s appointment. Despite the reduced service time, the full service fee will still apply.

-Excessive Lateness: If your arrival exceeds 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, we may have to cancel your appointment to avoid disruptions to the schedules of other clients and our staff. This will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply, including any applicable cancellation fees.

Communication

-Notification: If you know you will be late, please call us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your full service, notifying us helps us plan and make adjustments where possible.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

At Ki’West Spa, we offer gift vouchers as a wonderful way to treat someone special. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following detailed terms and conditions related to the use of our gift vouchers:

Presentation of Voucher Codes

-Before Appointment: Voucher codes must be presented via WhatsApp before your appointment. This ensures that we can verify and apply the voucher to your booking.

Validity and Usage

-Recipient Usage: Vouchers must be used by the recipient to whom they were gifted and cannot be split or shared with other persons to redeem services.

-Multiple Recipients: If you are purchasing vouchers for multiple people, each voucher must be bought separately and will have its own unique voucher code.

Redeemable Services

-Service Redeemable: Gift vouchers are redeemable for services at Ki’West Spa only.

-Non-Redeemable for Cash: Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used as payment for other special deals, memberships, or partnerships.

-Expiry Date: Vouchers must be redeemed before the 3-month expiry date indicated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after this expiry date.

Balance and Payments

-Unused Balance: No cash will be given for any unused balance on the voucher. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.

-Exceeding Balance: If the total cost of the services exceeds the available balance on the voucher, the difference must be paid using another payment method.

Terms of Use

-Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Please review the terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates.
